I am an independent consultant in Northern Virginia with an LLC and have had Jeff review a few contracts. He is excellent at communicating and is very responsive. When I email, he responds rapidly. When he says he'll get back to me at a certain time, he does. When we need to have a call, it is easy to schedule time. Additionally, his edits to my contracts were definitely in my best interest. I know this because he spoke with me over the phone and gave thorough explanations of every change in each contract. His thoroughness means I much more comfortable when I eventually sign. For these reasons, I'd absolutely recommend him if you need contracts reviewed for your small business.
