For review of existing contracts and drafting new contracts, I usually offer a fixed fee pricing arrangement, providing you with a flat fee quote based on the type, length, and complexity of the agreement.

Fixed fee contract review packages include an initial consultation to discuss the context, as well as review of the document(s), written feedback and suggested edits, and a follow-up consultation to discuss your questions, comments, and concerns. For an additional fee, I offer services that include negotiating terms with the other party or revising documents in response to the other party.
