NEW CLIENT PROCESS

  • Consultation – I’m happy to offer a free 30-45 minute consultation to review your situation, identify any needed services, and just get to know you a little bit. This is a low pressure environment; if I do not offer what you need, I will be happy to help refer you to someone who does. We can chat in person, over the phone, or via video conference. Whatever works best for you.
  • New Client Questionnaire – Once we discuss what services you want, I will ask you to fill out a short form with basic information so I can perform a conflicts check and prepare your Engagement Agreement. After I have reviewed your Questionnaire, I will contact you for any additional information I need and discuss the proposed fee for the project so you know how much you will pay before signing anything.
  • Engagement Agreement– This document, which both you and I will sign, outlines what services I will offer, the agreed upon fee, and how any external costs (filing fees, mailing fees, etc.) will be handled. In most cases you can review and sign this Agreement electronically.
